Born in Omaha, Nebraska on May 17, 2004 at the Creighton Medical Center. Dakota was born at 27 weeks via emergency c-section. While in the NICU she had a surgery for a hernia and had surgery for her trach.

September 10, 2004

Dakota came home from the hospital.

2005

Passed away on September 15, 2005 at the age of 1.
